Cornerstone Community Bank Welcomes Jay Reagan To Team

Redding, CA – After a quarter-century in the banking business, Jay Reagan doesn’t hesitate when asked what he enjoys most about his line of work: “It’s building relationships and being able to help people grow their businesses,” he says.

The Redding native and father of two recently joined the Cornerstone Community Bank team as a VP - Business Development Officer, where he’s looking forward to establishing new relationships in the business community.

Jay says the two fundamental aspects of a successful relationship are trust and accountability. “I like to develop relationships so the customer can trust me in navigating the bank world, and you build that trust by doing what you say you’re going to do.”

For Jay, job satisfaction comes from providing the financial tools his customers need. “It’s fun to watch your customers grow and watch them succeed,” he says.

A graduate of Enterprise High, Shasta College and Chico State University, Jay has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 27 years. The couple have a 21-year-old son, Brad, and a daughter, Brooke, 17.

“My wife and I are heavily involved in the community and volunteer in different groups and organizations. We love the North State and all it has to offer,” he says.
